Get Involved!

There are three ways to join the People for Change Foundation. You may join as an employee, as an intern, or you may join one of our scholars' networks.

Join the Team - Employment and Internships

The People for Change Foundation is a small but growing human rights research and advocacy organization. Founded in Malta in 2007, we work on a national, Mediterranean, and European level. We are constantly looking for bright and hard working individuals to join our team.

See our employment opportunities, if you are interested in working at PfC.

See our unpaid internship vacancies, for which we accept applications on a rolling basis.

We usually require at least a first degree in a related field (social science, law, development, social research, politics, psychology etc.), enthusiasm, and a strong ability to analyze facts and data. As we often recruit on a rolling basis, if you would like to make yourself known to us, please send an email and attach a cover letter and your CV on [email protected].

The Malta Migration Scholars' Network

You may join the People for Change Foundation's network of scholars and experts in two ways. If you are interested in migration in Malta and are an advanced graduate student, researcher or academic, please click here to find out more about MMSN (Malta Migration Scholars' Network). Alternatively, you may contact us giving some detail of your area of expertise for us to consider working with you on projects or initiatives.

" Working at PfC was an enriching experience! Not only was I able to work on substantive projects to address human rights violations in Malta and promote social justice in local communities, I also learned so much from my supportive colleagues and supervisors."
