The People for Change Foundation works in the following areas:

We conduct research (primary and secondary), lobbying initiatives, preparation of expert reports, capacity building, drawing up of recommendations and give training and informative presentations to various groups. 

We also support other organizations, entities and academics in their research in the above areas in the Maltese and European context. 

We work in collaboration with a number of national and European organizations, including the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the European Network Againnst Racism (ENAR), the Migration Policy Group (MPG), Integra Foundation, the Consiglio Italiano per i Rifugiati and the Enpates Network. We have also conducted research for the National Commission for the Promotion of Equality (NCPE) and the Malta Ministry of Justice.
